Heidi Sanders is a beauty industry veteran with over two decades of experience shaping the digital landscape of renowned brands.

As Director of Digital Design at Kendo Brands, she spearheads the strategic vision and visual execution for digital properties across a portfolio of iconic names, including Fenty Beauty, Ole Henriksen, KVD Beauty, and Lip Lab. 

Her expertise encompasses e-commerce, social commerce, CRM, and performance marketing, driving significant growth and engagement. Heidi also leads brand strategies for influencer marketing initiatives, fostering deeper customer connections and expanding brand reach across digital platforms.

Dr. Tamara Zubatiy Nelson is the cofounder and CEO of Barometer, which consumes premium media, like podcasts, and vets it with AI.
