Joining Within as one of the first 10 team members, Austin enabled the agency to grow from 10 to 150 employees in just 3 years by managing multiple clients, building and scaling a new department, and formalizing key sales and new business processes.

Through Austin's agency work & his own consulting practice, he has successfully implemented strategies and tactics that lead to sustainable growth and 100-400% increase in monthly profits for 10+ clients. Austin takes a business and data-centric approach to marketing - building a sales funnel tied to core business objectives, structuring budgets & investments to maximize LTV, implementing strict cross-channel attribution to ensure budgets are invested efficiently, and creating processes to test & learn the content and messaging that best resonates with each customer cohort.

He is currently serving as an Expert Marketer at MarketerHire and is the Chief Innovation Officer at Pulse, a data-driven and results-oriented business accelerator specializing in foundational and growth marketing services for brands at various stages.

Throughout her career, Sinead has been a guiding force for brands, offering innovative counsel on influencer marketing and social media strategies that propel performance and foster growth. Her impressive professional journey includes roles as the VP of Product (Influencer Marketing and Paid Social) at Valassis and as the VP of Business Development at Women's Marketing Inc. 

She is recognized as an industry trailblazer, having founded iFabbio – one of the first influencer networks and technology platforms, which she sold in 2014. Sinead is widely acknowledged as an authority and expert in today's creator economy.
