Wendy Charland serves as Founder and COO of WYOS. She is an ROI-driven business leader with an extensive background in marketing for the beauty industry. 

Wendy has led marketing, HR and commercial teams, consistently fostering growth and innovation at companies including Revlon and L'Oréal.

Her deep knowledge and passion for the industry inspired her to co-found WYOS with Jamie Glassman. Together, they aim to revolutionize personal care through simple, mess-free and fun to use products. The brand embodies Wendy’s commitment to meeting the demands of modern consumers and making personal care truly personal.

Nicole Motto

Nicole Motto is the Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager at GreenPan, where she navigates influencer, ambassador, paid influencer and partnership programs.

In her role, Nicole also spearheads the brand’s comprehensive social media strategy. She strives to craft and implement all-encompassing approaches that not only elevate brand awareness but also generate incremental revenue and foster overall growth for the company. 

Before joining GreenPan, Nicole founded the highly-popular NYC food Instagram account, @nyceeeeeats, which now boasts 445K followers. Her innovative outlook and strategic vision continue to drive significant results for the brands she works with.

Katie Kirkwood

Katie Kirkwood is the Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Humble Brands and one of the founding team members of the company. She built the customer service program from the ground up along with Humble Brands 1% for the Planet membership and long-standing nonprofit partnerships. 

Katie has spent the last two years building Humble's influencer and creator programs and is thankful for her fellow marketing team members who are willing to figure things out as they go and say "let's try it!" to new opportunities. 

In her previous career and early education, Katie utilized her nutrition degree to implement federal and state nutrition grants through local health departments and universities (and sometimes misses kindergarten garden club and her giant bell pepper costume)."

Mike

Mike Balducci is currently the General Manager of Commerce Solutions at CreatorIQ, a leading SaaS-based influencer marketing platform.

His leadership has been pivotal in supporting hundreds of brand and agency customers across the U.S., U.K., and Europe that utilize CreatorIQ’s affiliate, payment and commerce capabilities to scale their creator-lead marketing results. Prior to joining CreatorIQ, Mike held multiple key leadership positions across strategy, product development, marketing and finance at Valassis, Experian and NetZero.

Chris

Chris is the Head of Revenue at Statusphere, a micro-influencer marketing platform that helps consumer brands scale their influencer programs in a fraction of the time.

He is a seasoned leader in creator marketing, with a track record of pioneering innovative influencer networks and revenue strategies in the digital marketing space.

As a co-creator of IFFABO, one of the first market-driven influencer networks, and the architect of the revenue department for Lumanu, the first technology to automate allowlisting, Chris has consistently been at the forefront of influencer marketing technologies. His experience extends across top platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Grin, and Tagger.

At Statusphere, under the leadership of Kristen Wiley, Chris leverages his extensive knowledge to enhance brand-creator collaborations, contributing to the company's success in streamlining micro-influencer marketing and driving industry innovation.
