PRODUCT FEEDBACK AND RETURN POLICY:
At Statusphere we feel it is important for brands to hear both positive and negative feedback so they can make their products better. We never want you to feel like you can’t post your honest opinion or to promote anything you don’t support.
This being said, you can either post your honest opinions/review about the product or you fill out this form, and you will receive an email with postage to ship back the products.
So if you didn't like the product and don't want to post about it all you have to do is:
- Notify us at least one week before the deadline to post.
- Fill out this form
- Print the postage that will be emailed to you.
- Put the products right back in your StatusBox, add the postage provided and put in your mailbox.
